Jake Taylor

Biography

Dr Taylor (he/him) is a Schmidt AI in Science fellow in the sub-department of Astrophysics.

His research focuses on studying the atmospheres of exoplanets, planets around different stars in our galaxy, to understand what these objects are made of. He is currently using data from the James Webb Space Telescope to study a range of exoplanets, from Jupiter-sized planets to Earth-sized.

Dr Taylor is also a trustee for the charity Pride in STEM. This is an LGBT+ charity which supports and promotes being LGBT+ in STEM. Reach out if you'd like to talk about my research or charity work.
