How to pay course fees

The payment method to use will depend on whether you are paying from a UK or non-UK Financial Institution. Refer to the appropriate option below.

Paying from a UK Financial Institution

The preferred payment method for the settlement of Student Fees, is with a UK issued Debit or Credit card from Visa or Mastercard. The portal link is HERE . You will need your Student Number (number above barcode on University Card and on the Invoice), Date of Birth (UK format of DD/MM/YYYY) and Fee Invoice to proceed.

If payment cannot be made via one of these cards and needs to be made directly by bank transfer from a UK bank account, please contact feepayments@reuben.ox.ac.uk.

Depending on your card provider, you can expect additional steps for compliance with Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) in the usual way.

All payments are made in GBP/British Pound/UK Sterling.

You can update held debit/credit card details for future payments HERE. You will need your university email address to use this service.

Paying from a Non-UK Financial Institution

This payment method, via the Flywire portal (link below), can be used for payment of Student Fees from an overseas bank account, card or various options determined by the country the payment is coming from.
