What's open and when?

Reuben College Easter Closure

The Student Assistance Programme (0800 028 3766) remains available 24/7 throughout closures, including bank holidays. College sub-deans will have emergency College contact numbers – make contact via the Lodge on 01865 616477. Fixed Closure Dates (University-wide)

University Administration and Services offices will be closed for fixed closure periods:

Thursday 2 April - Monday 6 April 2026 (inclusive)

 

Kitchen Closures

Kitchens will be closed for breakfast, lunch and dinner between:  
15:00, Friday 27 March - 8:00, Monday 13 April  

University Welfare Services

The Student Welfare and Support Service tends to close over vacation periods.

However, there are other options to access welfare support. 

Students are signposted to the Service's blog about vacation self-care.
