Wiktoria Łuczak

Biography

I was born and raised in Poland, where I studied Mathematics and Economics at the University of Warsaw before moving to Oxford in 2018. I did BSc Psychology at the University College London (UCL), specialising in cognitive neuroscience and computational modelling of psychological processes.

I am now a student of integrated MSc+DPhil funded by ESRC. My main interests are consciousness and cognition. I am especially interested in the inaccuracies of humans representations of reality, visible in perceptual and cognitive biases, metacognition and sense of agency. In my work I am using neuroimaging, machine learning, computational modelling and behavioural methods.
