Pauline is currently reading for MSc. in Global Healthcare Leadership at Said Business School and Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences.
She has impactful strategy & project management experiences in consumer health, power generation, and MedTech industry in top MNC’s in Europe, Hong Kong and China. Pauline has delivered strategic planning of growth plan for Philips Sonicare, GE Sustainable City Project, and building up Siemens Healthineers HPS (Healthineers Performance System) in China. Currently she is responsible for launching a 1.5Mn USD investment of global CRM system for Convatec China. She has strong influence power and outstanding communication capability working on complex projects with diverse background and multi-culture project team across different regions and functions.
During her time at Oxford, her focus area of study will be healthcare leadership and organization design, global healthcare policy and digital healthcare. Pauline has a B.A. in English from Fudan University in Shanghai, with an MBA from University of Cambridge. She is reading for MSc Candidate in Global Healthcare Leadership from Oxford (2023-2025).
