Joshua Bull

Biography

Josh is a postdoctoral researcher based in the Mathematical Institute's Wolfson Centre for Mathematical Biology. His research focusses on developing new mathematical techniques to better describe the spatial localisation of cells in medical images, particularly for multiplexed histology samples. He has a particular interest in describing immune cell localisation in several different types of cancer. Josh is heavily involved in public engagement with research, and is always keen to discuss new ways of communicating science and maths with people from outside of academia! In his spare time, he plays too much fantasy football and not enough jazz.
