Jen is a DPhil student in Philosophy, funded by an Oxford-Reuben Graduate Scholarship. Her research is on the ethics of artificial intelligence, particularly the role of algorithms in moral decision-making. She also does projects in intergenerational ethics and experimental philosophy. Prior to coming to Oxford, Jen completed an MPhil in Philosophy at the University of Cambridge, an MA in Medieval Icelandic Studies at the University of Iceland, and a BA in Philosophy and Public Policy from Duke University.
