After earning their undergraduate degree in Applied Math and Computer Science, Ivan began their career building software to manage one of the first data centers at a nuclear power plant, designing advanced cybersecurity systems and modern software-defined infrastructure.
Transitioning to leadership, Ivan managed the development of an educational platform at Acronis ($3.5B valuation), which is used by over 50,000 partners globally. At MTS AI, Ivan built and led a team of 50+ engineers to develop three core platforms: an ASR/TTS system, a chatbot platform handling millions of interactions, and a video analytics tool. These platforms serve 80 million users across the largest telecom in Eastern Europe.
Currently, Ivan is a Director of Software Engineering at Constructor Tech, where they build AI-first products for education and research. Ivan also occasionally takes on CTO roles in start-ups and does consulting in software architecture, tech due diligence, and software development efficiency, while pursuing a part-time MSc in Software Engineering at Oxford.
