Brannon Nicholls

Biography

Brannon enrolled in the ABViP DPhil programme, which aims to advance the development of viral products such as vaccines and gene therapies. His research project aims to use normothermically perfused human livers as a model for testing lentiviral gene therapies, as well as investigating the enhancement of drug delivery with focussed ultrasound. Before commencing his studies at Oxford he worked for several years in oncolytic virotherapy development and in clinical diagnostics, and received his MBio in Biochemistry from the University of Warwick in 2019.
