Alexandros is a DPhil student in the Engineering Department. His research is focused on the design and fabrication of fluid-walled microfluidic circuits for cell biology study. Specifically, his work aims to further our understanding of the cellular mechanisms behind neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson's.
Prior to starting at Oxford he completed a Bioengineering MEng at Loughborough University, as well as an R&D internship at Oxford Nanopore Technologies.
