Siaka is a 2024/25 Master of Public Policy student at the Blavatnik School of Government here at the University of Oxford. His interest lies in exploring how developing countries can effectively deploy technology and design digitalisation policies that enhance public service accountability, transparency, governance, and responsiveness.
Before coming to Oxford, he worked with the Tax Administration agency in Nigeria managing automation projects, business process analysis and improvement and contributing to strategy development, financial reporting and policy implementation.
He holds a BSc in Accounting from Ahmadu Bello University, Nigeria, a Development Finance MSc. from the University of Manchester, UK, is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and a Project Management Professional (PMP).
