Owen is currently reading for the MSt in Practical Ethics.
Owen is conducting research in applied ethics – his research interest lies principally in issues concerning personal autonomy in practical ethics, particularly topics pertaining to neurointerventions such as those applied in a criminal justice setting.
Owen has also published research in relation to the treatment of terminally ill patients and the ethics of end of life care.
