At this Dining with Dinosaur's seminar, attendees hear from guest speaker Christine Kwong about fjcstudio’s approach to adaptive re-use in the creation of Reuben College. Christine explored the significance of preserving heritage while transforming the historic buildings to meet the requirements of a contemporary college. She also discussed the ambitious pursuit of decarbonisation within the constraints of the heritage fabric and the challenges of decontamination, all the while reflecting the college’s ethos of innovation, sustainability and inclusivity, creating a harmonious blend of heritage and modernity.
