Reuben students win Imagining the Future of Digital Education contest

In Hilary term 2022, students at all levels of study at Oxford were invited to enter the Imagining the Future of Digital Education writing competition.

Entrants submitted news articles telling fictitious stories of the future of digital learning at Oxford, with all submissions helping to inform the University’s new Digital Education Strategy.

1st prize was awarded to Reuben student Daniel Revach, who is studying an MSc in Cognitive and Evolutionary Anthropology. His piece 'University of Oxford ushers a new age of digital education' imagines an innovative Oxford where an AI platform aids students education and creates a university with more interdisciplinary study and inclusivity.

Jannat Khan, MSc in Radiation Biology student, was also highly commended in the contest for her piece 'To begin, select your experiment'. In it, she writes about a virtual laboratory app to increase engagement and confidence for young scientists working in labs.

Many congratulations to Daniel and Jannat for their success in this contest - we're looking forward to reading what they write next!
