Max Brezezicki (Reuben DPhil student) took part in 'The Prince Albert Challenge Cup' at this year's Henley Royal Regatta.
The Henley Royal Regatta is one of the most prestigious rowing events in the world, and attracts top athletes from universities and professional rowing clubs. The competition is held annually on the River Thames at Henley-on-Thames and consists of time trials and head-to-head knockout races. The regatta features some Olympic medallists and world champions, as well as promising young rowers.
Max was selected to compete in the open coxed four squad with the Linacre College team (who Reuben currently shares their boat club with) - the Linacre crew being one of only two University of Oxford teams to take part.
Well done to Max and his team-mates!
