Official Fellow, Peter Drobac, has launched a new podcast series with the Skoll Centre for Social Entrepreneurship to introduce the visionaries and disrupters who are helping us rethink how we see the world, and how we connect to it.
Reimagine: Systems Reset is the second podcast series that Peter has launched this year to share some of the inspiring new thinking behind the actions of people who are working to make the world a better place.
In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic that has thrown our world into disarray, Peter describes the podcast as a response to show how we can seize the opportunity of this moment to move from crisis to transformation. During the series, Peter will be talking with different experts, entrepreneurs and social visionaries who are revolutionising the story of who we are, and how we engage with the world.
“I’m excited to talk with my podcast guests about how to thrive in an entangled ecosystem, redesign public health and economic systems, develop the kind of leadership we need in the 21st century, and more,” Peter explains. “Innovation happens when people from different disciplines, experience and worldviews come together to solve problems. That’s just the kind of community we are working to build at Reuben College.”
In the first episode of this new series, launched on 12 November 2020, Peter talks with Indy Johar, an architect and institutional innovator, to explore what it means to think in systems. There will be six conversations in the series, with new episodes are released weekly. Future guests include:
- Dr Paul Farmer and Joia Mukherjee on reimagining our health systems
- Christiana Figueres on Reset Climate
- Halla Tomasdottir on Reset Economics
