Tania has worked at the University of Oxford for over 18 years, working in five departments across two academic divisions. She has an MBA from the Open University and is currently working towards an MSc in Human Resources Management, focussing on the management of generational challenges in the workplace for the older worker.
Tania is an elected member of Oxford University Council, and a member of PRAC (Planning and Resource Allocation Committee) and the Curators of the Libraries Committee. She is also a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management, and a Fellow of the Association of Accounting Technicians.
As Bursar, Tania is the college’s Chief Operating Officer (COO), and supports its academic objectives through effective management of the college’s finances, estates, investments and resources.
