Stuart leads the Knowledge Exchange and Impact team (KEIT) in Research Services at the University of Oxford. The team focusses on delivering and supporting Knowledge Exchange and innovation activities across the University with a particular emphasis on working with regional partners.
KEIT co-conceives and raises funding for the development of new innovation initiatives; supports the monitoring and evaluating of knowledge exchange across the University, and supports regional partners in strategy development and new initiatives. It supports entrepreneurship and innovation through Enterprising Oxford and was instrumental in setting up Oxford Social Enterprise Partnership (OSEP).
Prior to setting up KEIT Stuart worked for Oxford University Innovation (at the time known as Isis Innovation) the technology transfer company of the University Oxford in both the UK and as an overseas consultant. Stuart gained an MEng in Metallurgy and the Science of Materials prior to completing a DPhil in Biomedical Materials, both from the University of Oxford.
