Covid-19 Information

The health and safety of our students and staff is our number one priority and we are committed to supporting our students' wellbeing. Additional questions related to COVID19 may be made by emailing bursar@reuben.ox.ac.uk. You should only expect to receive a reply from this email address within office hours. If your message is very urgent, you should contact Linacre lodge (01865 271650) and ask for the Reuben emergency contact to be called. 

*If you develop COVID-19 symptoms(link is external) and book a test via the COVID-19 University Testing Service(link is external) or the National Health Service Testing Service(link is external) you must notify College by emailing the Bursar on bursar@reuben.ox.ac.uk.

 

Whilst social distancing and the mandatory wearing of face coverings are no longer in place, all members are asked to play their part in minimising the risk and spread of COVID-19, so that we can all enjoy a safe Michaelmas term.

The key actions we encourage you to take are:
 

  • Get vaccinated as soon as possible if you have not already done so
  • Wear face coverings where indicated, unless you are exempt
  • Wash your hands regularly with soap or use sanitiser
  • Test regularly, and if you have symptoms you should follow self-isolation guidance 
  • Be considerate of other people’s space – even if you don’t feel at risk yourself, please respect others who feel more vulnerable
